One service. One problem.
Your sponsorships, rebuilt
by someone who closes them
for a living.
You can't diagnose your own pitch from inside it.
You wrote it, so you already know what you meant. When you reread it, you fill in every piece of context the brand doesn't have.
They don't have your context. They have eleven seconds and forty other emails.
I've sent these at volume, against real rejection, with someone else's revenue depending on the result. I know the exact points where a creator loses a deal, and they're almost never the points creators worry about.
That work is done. You don't have to repeat a year of it.
You send me everything.
Your pitch. Your rate card, or whatever you've been quoting. Your media kit if you have one. Your last ten outreach messages, including the ones that got no reply. Any thread where a brand went quiet on you.
Takes you about fifteen minutes. Messy is fine. Messy tells me more.
We talk once.
Up to an hour, before I touch anything. I ask about your audience, your numbers, what you've charged, who you've pitched, and what happened. I tell you what I'm seeing as we go.
This is the only call in the whole engagement. Everything after it is written.
I rebuild it.
I run every piece through the same method I use at the podcast, mark where you're losing brands, and write the replacement. Not notes in the margin. Finished material you can send.
You get it back in 5 days.
The full package, in writing. Plus a breakdown explaining every change, so you can keep doing this yourself long after the audit is over.
Delivered on day 5.
Your pitch, rewritten.
Rebuilt structurally, not edited. Subject line, opening, offer, proof, close. Every line annotated with why it's there.
Your pricing, restructured.
What to charge and how to package it, priced against what brands in your category are actually paying right now, with the reasoning you use when they push back.
Your media kit, assessed.
I go through what you're sending brands and tell you exactly what's selling them and what's costing you. The design stays yours. I fix what it says and how it's ordered.
Your outreach, redone.
The cold messages you send, rebuilt for the platforms you use and sized correctly for each one.
A follow-up sequence that holds.
Exactly what to send, on which day, when a brand goes quiet. This is the step almost every creator gets wrong, because they stop three messages before the yes.
A target list.
Which brands to approach, and the specific angle for each one. This is the part nobody else gives you, because it takes someone who knows who's spending right now.
The full breakdown.
Everything that was costing you deals, written plainly, in order of how much it was costing you.
Two weeks of follow-up.
After delivery, you can write to me with anything about how to use it. In writing, no limit on the thread.
The deals I work on start around $2,500 and go up from there. If this fixes the thing that's been quietly costing you deals, it pays for itself on the first one.
If it doesn't fit your budget right now, that's a real answer, and you should wait. I'd rather you come back later than stretch for this.
I turn people down.
This is for you if:
- You're already making some sponsorship money and it stalled
- You've sent real pitches and had real brands go quiet
- You have an audience a brand would recognize as worth reaching
- You want the work done, not explained to you
This isn't for you if:
- You've never pitched a brand yet
- You're looking for someone to run your outreach ongoing
- You want followers, virality, or a growth strategy
- You want a guarantee that you'll land a sponsor
What I promise, and what I don't.
I don't promise you'll land a sponsor. Nobody honest can, and you should walk away from anyone who does.
What I promise is that you'll stop making the mistakes that guarantee silence. Your pitch, your pricing and your outreach will be built the way mine are, and mine close.
And you'll know what to do next at every step, instead of guessing.
Why is there only one service?
Because I have one job and this is the part of it I'm best at. I'd rather do four of these a month properly than sell six products badly.
Do you work for brands or for creators?
For creators. And I do the same job you're trying to do, just at volume, with real money on the line. I'm not a coach explaining a room I visited once. I'm in it every day.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Anyone who guarantees a brand deal is guessing with your money.
What if I don't have a media kit?
Send what you have. Building one is often part of the fix.
How small is too small?
There's no follower number. What matters is whether a brand can picture reaching a specific kind of buyer through you. If they can't, the audit won't help yet, and I'll tell you that when you apply.
Why does this cost $3,000?
Because I'm rebuilding your entire sponsorship operation myself, using a method that's producing revenue right now. There's a version of this that costs $200 and it's written by someone who has never closed a deal.
Do you do the outreach for me?
No. I build the machine, you run it. You own it forever, and there's no commission.
What happens after I apply?
You get a yes or a no within 48 hours. If it's a yes, I send an invoice and a link to book our session. If it's a no, I'll tell you why and what to do instead.
Send me the pitch
that isn't working.
Four creators a month.
A yes or a no within 48 hours.
